We hope you pee yourself with excitement upon receipt of your order from Airside Shop. However if you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange it, get a refund or a credit note. Generally speaking if it's our fault you can choose which you'd prefer and if it's not our fault, we will assess returns on a case by case basis. Call or email us to check before sending anything back. But you need to let us know within 30 days of buying the goods cos that's the rules.
Acceptable reasons for returns include wrong sizes or items damaged either in transit or during manufacture. Unacceptable reasons include your mum shrinking a t-shirt by boil washing it, ironing directly onto the design thereby wrecking it or you damaging a print when opening it with sheer excitement (statutory rights not affected).
